I am a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry with a special interest in optimising healthspan and lifespan. I have extensive experience in treating general mental health problems for all ages including but not limited to ADHD and mental illness associated with autism.

I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists with regional and national roles.I am also an executive committee member of the Medical Cannabis Clinician’s Society with over 5 years of experience prescribing medical cannabis for a range of mental health conditions.

I believe in the holistic model of health and engage in continuous learning to enhance and develop my knowledge and always open to any new innovations in my field. In my rare free time I love to read, trek, try out adventure sports and enjoy time with family and friends.
